Remote refocus High NA single-objective light-sheet,

Hi everybody,

I am working on a remote focusing single objective light-sheet setup, following Andrew G. York; High NA single-objective light-sheet.

Could anybody, who has some knowledge/experiences with such setup, please advise me on the FOV limitations, autofocusing unite compatibility, etc.?
