Hi all - I’m wondering if people have demo-ed, ordered, installed or tried the Zeiss lattice lightsheet system. How did it work for you? pluses? minuses? Feel free to contact me privately if preferred lisa.cameron@duke.edu My impression of the Zeiss system is that it has flexibility in sample holders and commercial software to help in a core, but I have not seen it in-person myself. (Full disclosure, Duke has a Betzig lattice lightsheet; and Zeiss is very interested in having a system in North Carolina - a demo is set for UNC at the end of September, but I’m looking for info sooner for a colleague’s grant application.)
