Hello - would welcome suggestions and experience with mEos versions for point localization. I’m assisting a user in my core who wants to initially test for inclusion in grant application. Post-doc has expressed mEos4b-tagged protein in zebrafish. Plans to fix and section. Looking for protein clustering information in membranes.
