I’m looking for a large sensor camera to mount on a Nikon Eclipse Ti via an F-mount. This will allow us to have the largest field of view for following cells by time-lapse fluorescence DIC. We primarily use a 20x lens and measure mitotic timing by nuclear envelope breakdown (DIC) and cell cycle stage by visualising PCNA foci in the nucleus (RFP-fluorescence). We are using Micromanager to control the microscope.
Can anyone recommend a good camera for this?
