Hi all,
Our lab is in the process of decommissioning a few Deltavision Elite microscopes. They are in various states of working order and we would like to cobble together a working microscope. One microscope will start imaging and randomly stop giving the error ‘CAM_SCANZWT ERROR 1’ (see attached). I’m unsure if this is the same error every time, and will update if the error code changes.
Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this?

They’ll want your serial number, and they might want system logs which can be generated in Softworx > Utilities > Get System Logs
Although they are based in the UK, I can strongly recommend Imsol for Deltavision problems. They are very knowledgeable and have been satisfactorily servicing the Deltavisions at where I worked until recently for the last 12-15 years.
Unfortunately I don’t recall seeing that error before so cannot provide any help in that regard.
