Hi all,
Recently, we encountered an issue with our DeltaVision Elite microscope: the SSD of the ICCMIC (Windows computer) has failed.
Since the system is already more than 10 years old, it is no longer under warranty.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that can help reinstall the system or provide the necessary drivers. Preferably, a company that can offer remote support, as we are based in China.
