Live Golgi marker

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a live Golgi marker please?

I will be working with primary human macrophages (non-proliferative) in addition to using BODIPY Cholesterol (TopFluor) 495 nm / 507 nm (ex/em).

Dear Megan,
Try CellLight Golgi-RFP or BODIPY TR Ceramide, both available from ThermoFisher Scientific.

Thank you, I have read CellLight/BacMam doesn’t work well for macrophages, but I will give the BODIPY TR Ceramide a try.
