SIM/confocal folks, what’s the latest on usable fluorescent phalloidin with a 405 nm laser line? Our preferred option (DyLight 405) is not available. AF405+? Atto something? CF405M? iFluor 405? I don’t think Brilliant Violet 421 polymer can be attached to phalloidin.
Figure is from https://future-science.com/doi/10.2144/btn-2018-0112 and shows phalloidin conjugated with AF405 (quite bad, we want something better!), AF488, AF55 and AF647.
