I’m seeking advice regarding a problem with my Olympus UPLSAPO60XW microscope objective (60X water immersion, NA1.2). After only a week of use, I’ve noticed what seems to be bubbles forming inside the front lens. I’m uncertain if these are really water bubbles or something else.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with this or any other water immersion objectives? I’m unsure whether to return it to Olympus or attempt a DIY fix, as I’d prefer not to lose more time by sending it back.
