Hi!
I’m currently using an old Opera High-content screening system that I’m having some trouble with. And I’m hoping that someone out there has some insight in this machine.
The system is equipped with a pump that connects to a small bottle of water and it’s supposed to continously supply water to its 20XW objective. It does add water when “Add liquid” is turned on but if an experiment is started, the supply is simply stopped and after screening for a while the objective has obviously dried.
How do I ensure that water is continously supplied to the objective?
