Hi everyone,
Can someone walk me through the steps or share a manual on how to setup phase contrast images and get them to the camera in a Nikon Ti microscope? I do have appropriate objectives and also a phse contrast ring included, I am just unsure on how to make the light reach the camera, etc. Similarly, I’d like to do the same for brightfield images.
My system is also connected to a Yokogawa CSW-1 spinning disk unit, if it matters at all.
