Can't load driver for RaptorEPIX camera (Kingfisher 694)

Hi

I have to install Win 10 (alas, university policies…). What was a perfectly working imaging system is now broken.

I am using MM 2.0.0-gamma1 200210315, camera is a RaptorPhotonics Kingfisher 694, with a PIXCI® EB1 PCIe frame grabber with latest driver installed. Attempting to add the device results in:

MM_error

Help here will be much appreciated! :slight_smile:

Did you contact Raptor? They maintain the drivers and Micro-Manager device adapter code.

thanks for suggesting. I contacted our local rep. Let’s see how it goes. I was hopping someone already solved this issue.
