Microtutor is really a big boon for light microscopy enthusiast like me. Course contents look exiting. I think inclusion of a bit of technical aspects on plant and animal sample preparation for fluorescence microscopy could be of additional benefit to the learners.
Thank you so much for the development team and instructors for making this amazing course! I have learnt a lot throughout the course!! I have one question regarding the content in chapter1. For the brightness and the spectra of a fluorophore, does it also depend on experimental factors (other than QE and EC), such as pH, temperature etc. And if so, where can I find relevant information, like can I find how the spectrum changes depending on pH in FPbase?
