Hello,
We use The Quanta lyser 3000 for our indirect immunofluorescence tests (LKS, ANA, ANCA, Crithidia, ENDO IGA, etc… ) and was given the NOVA view slide reader to process the slides. The idea was to use the slide reader as a way to remove negatives, however we have been struggling to set it up and wanted to see if anyone has implemented this in routine practice?
We also had to take Adrenal/ovary antibody (ADR) testing off the QL3000 due to it damaging the tissues on the slides, has anyone else had this issue or have you been able to implement it on the QL3000.
If not NOVA view, does anyone use any alternative slide readers for IFF?
