Dear Colleagues,
Is short-pass filters with a cutoff 650 nm exist at all? If yes, where can i find one? Ideally, it should be with optical density (OD) = 6. Interference filters do not work well for us because we use a broad angle light source.

Discuss your needs with Chroma (https://www.chroma.com/). They have always been very knowledgeable and helpful, and will make custom designed filters/mirrors for a similar cost as standard items (at least, that is how things were in the past).
What is your exact XY problem? What are you trying to acheive?
OD=6 seems like a very strict specification, especially for non-collimated light. Perhaps, consider collimating your source to be able to use 45 deg AOI filters.
