Does anyone have a mounting media that they love for multi-well plates? We’ve been recommending the standard 75% glycerol + propyl gallate, but if there is a better one, we’d be happy to try it. Bonus points if it has a refractive index low enough to allow reflection-based autofocus to work.

I used a very similar mounting medium in the past: 75% glycerol/4% n-propyl gallate/25 mM Tris, pH 8.0.
