Applicability of old microscope objectives 100x

Dear members, I have very old objectives in the lab that we are planning to use in a new Keyence microscope.

  1. Ex Olympus A100PL 1.30 160/0.17
  2. Olympus PLAN CN 100 1.25 NA

Can these objectives used only for glass slides or also for biological samples in plastic cell culture ware?

These are oil immersion objectives? I think they might only work with samples that have glass coverslips.
Also the first objective probably won’t work in an infinity microscope, which the Keyence might be if it is designed for most current objectives.
