Anyone ever play around with Alexa430, which is Thermo’s long-Stokes dye? Spectrally, in theory, it allows you to squeeze in an extra channel on a standard scope alongside DAPI/Hoechst and A488, but I’m wondering if anyone has experience as to how that works out in practice.
