The cell biologist's guide to super-resolution microscopy

Good morning,

With Guillaume Jacquemet (U Turku), Alexandre Carisey (BCM Houston), Hellyeh Hamidi (U Turku) and Ricardo Henriques (@HenriquesLab UCL/Crick), we have just published in the “At A Glance” collection of J Cell Science a review accompanied by a poster on super-resolution microscopy techniques in cell biology, their comparative advantages and limitations. In particular, the poster has been thought to explain the different techniques and show examples of results obtained on “classical” cell structures and I hope it can be interesting for facilities.

You can download the article and the poster here:

If you cannot access it and are interested I’ll be happy to pass it on to you.

Thank you!

Hi Christophe excellent work! thank you very much for sharing it. I would like to make a big printout to put it in our facility. I wonder if it possible for you to send me a copy of the whole poster in pdf format? My email is arossi@leloir.org.ar
Thanks!
Andrés
