After months of preparation, registrations are finally opened for our 5-weeks online course (MOOC) about imaging of model organisms with microscopy, image-analysis and modelling starting April 20th.
FUN - ImageInLife - Imaging the Vertebrate embryo: from biological material to modelling (fun-mooc.fr)
The course features video tutorials and quizzes (IN ENGLISH, contrary to what is shown on the page) with a focus on a different aspect every week.
It is mostly targeting bachelor and master students but can be also interesting at later career stages.
Videos of the course are already on the Youtube channel.
The content of the course was realized by PhD students of the ImageInLife PhD program, including myself
