Hello! I am hoping someone can help shed some light on an issue I’m having with an IX83 nosepiece. The nosepiece will not rotate when given commands through the TPC or a 3rd party software, but it will rotate through CellSens software. I have updated the firmware on the TPC and the CBH. Is there a setting somewhere that could have disabled the nosepiece?

I’m not sure what kind of an API Olympus uses but I know many implement the ability to enable & disable microscope parts. Having used Zeiss MTB API each device can be enabled & disabled in code. I would check the manuals & any Olympus SDK documentation that may come with the microscope to re-enable the part. I had a similar issue with a Prior stage that came with the FV1000 where I had to re-enable the stage after setting an incorrect value to a library parameter during debugging.
