Hi Folks, I reinstalled an old Zeiss LSM 7MP system and aligned the NLO laser. Scanner calibration/scan field test keep failing and I noticed the adjustment laser within the scan head used for these tests may not be aligned/centered. Illumination of ApoCalibration grid is just little uneven on the edges. This is not something that can be adjusted with the collimator lens etc., I also see the NLO laser might not be filling the objective back aperture completely or centered. NLO input into the scanhead is centered perfectly. Something in the optical path between scan head and objective seems to have moved.. If anyone has an input on how it address this would be appreciated, thanks.
