Can I use Janelia Fluor 585 for SMLM? Will it blink?
The supplier website (Tocris) says it can be used for dSTORM, but I cannot find any papers about it…
To be more specific, I plan to use it for SOFI.
To be honest I never used it before but I do not see any reason for it not too works. The Janelia Fluor usually blink nicely. One thing to keep in mind is buffer, but a standard buffer should be good enough,
