Continuous wave TEM00 750 nm laser with high power output

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has advice on a continous wave solid-state (or Boosted diode) laser with high power output (>1W) at around 750-755nm ?

MBP offers solid-state lasers at 750 and 755.
Toptica has a Boosted tapered-amplifier that provides ~ 1W at 755nm (poor mode though).

Wondering what else is out there?

750 nm is not a common diode wavelength, so there are not so many laser options with high beam quality. We’ve used the Oxxius HPE units at 750 nm. 1.1 W or so output power but the beam mode is a ~2 mm x 3 mm square.
