Hi everyone!
I was trying the AiryscanJ plugin since I have no place to process raw airyscan images for a long time and I constantly face the out of memory error when applying any of the methods. My pc has 32 GB of ram and I thought it was because of the image size in the first place (3 gb) but happens with smaller ones too (~300 mb). Any thoughts on this? Is it there another way to airyscan-process the raw .czi images than with the zen software? I’m almost completely sure that the processing module is paid and that’s not an option for me right now
