Hi all,
I’ve been imaging C. elegans in a 96-well plate with a 1.0x objective using a Leica IC80 HD camera and 1.0x objective, and achieving usable results at the 6x zoom as I only need to measure length and witdth.
We are considering a shift to a 2.0x objective to improve detail.
Anyone with experience using a 2.0x for similar applications? Would it be possible to use another less expensive lens with an adapter to get similar results?
