The label on the item bag, which is VERY faded, says:

It is possible that Argon could be something else…Aidon, but doubtful.
The label on the outer box says CZJ QS Rev A 542-1654-001
Below are pics. Note - no markings on the parts other than the zoom factor. Zoom is 50x - 1000x. The top of the piece is a bolt of some sort. There are screws and a lens on the bottom, I can only post one pic for now
