Dear community,
I need your help to understand a little bit better the output files I get from our “Ultramicroscope CDC 2x”.
I try to make sense of the metadata found in our acquisition (I converted the info embedded into my image into a json file easier to read than the xml):
- z0: link to json z0
- z2: link to json z2
z0 is the “big” FOV acquisition
z2 is a zoomed region.
Knowing these metada I would like to know if somebody would be able to tell me where the z2 FOV is within the z0 FOV ?
Our ultimate goal will be to register these images with MRI images, if you have any tips that would be very helpful.
