Hi!
I was hoping to see if I could get any help in controlling the Cerna MCM3001 (Solld by Thorlabs here: [Thorlabs - MCM3001 Three-Channel Controller and Knob Box for 1" Cerna Travel Stages](https://www.thorlabs.com/thorproduct.cfm?partnumber=MCM3001)) using serial commands on python? I was hoping to automate the process off capturing images so I will be writing some sort of script that moves the stage and then take a picture (etc.). Anybody have any experience with this particular Controller and Stage?
Thanks,
Brian.

Hi Brian,

I am facing the same problem - trying to use python or something to automate the stage with the MCM3001. Did you happen to figure out anything? I appreciate any help you could give me. Hoping to hear from you.

Thanks,
Kori
