# Sparse collection of pixels with confocal

Hi all! Does anybody know if it is possible to sparsely collect pixels with a commercial scanning confocal (Zeiss, Leica or Nikon) so that the final image would be a mosaic of pixels with values an pixels with 0 value (not collected)?
