# Snap-Cell 430 Advice

Does anyone have experience using this probe in either human cells or _S. cerevisiae_? We have a standard CSU-X1 with a 405nm line from a MLC400B and an emission filter wheel. I’m debating between recommending this or LSS-SGFP2 for a user.
