Hi everybody,

I am working on a remote focusing single objective light-sheet setup, following [Andrew G. York; High NA single-objective light-sheet](https://andrewgyork.github.io/high_na_single_objective_lightsheet//index.html).

Could anybody, who has some knowledge/experiences with such setup, please advise me on the FOV limitations, autofocusing unite compatibility, etc.?
