# Opal Dye Spectra

Does anyone have access to the excitation/emission spectra of the Polaris480 dye from Akoya? It is bedeviling me as I’m trying to help a user who wants to multiplex with it, but it seems to excite well with a 488nm laser and have an emission shoulder that extends out past 600nm. I could go the linear unmixing route, but I’d rather not if I can get away without it.
