Hi,

I am trying to get an Olympus multiphoton setup from 2009 back into working condition. I would greatly appreciate any help/hints!

We can’t control the shutter in front of the laser with the FV10 software, although it opens when using a software called FV Test. Also, it seems like the AOM right in front of the laser is likewise not working and we can’t control the laser power. After imaging for a while it drops. Could this be due to a problem with the FV10MP-LCU? Or could this maybe be a known bug this system develops over time? I am clueless (and physics is not my greatest strength… )
