Excited to share a new bioimage analysis course called BoBiAC happening this July at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. This course is a hands-on introduction to image processing and analysis on fluorescence microscopy images with Python. We are excited to share that **we have secured new funding** , allowing us to **reduce the course fee by 37%** and offer **fee waivers for academic applicants** to participate to the upcoming [**Boston Bioimage Analysis Course (BoBiAC)**](http://iac.hms.harvard.edu/bobiac/2025) happening this July at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. **This course is open to everyone to apply!**
In collaboration with the [Image Analysis Collaboratory](https://iac.hms.harvard.edu/), we are organizing a **6-day intensive program** offering a **hands-on** **introduction to image processing and analysis** on **fluorescence microscopy images** with **Python**!
- Are you a highly motivated **beginner in bioimage analysis** from any life science field with the need to quantify your fluorescence microscopy images?
- Are you excited to **start using Python** in your bioimage analysis pipeline?
- Do you want to **learn** different approaches to performing **segmentation** (semantic and instance) and **classification** on your images to extract meaningful information?
- Are you interested in **colocalization** analysis?
