25 year old Leica TCS SP2 is far out of professional awareness but it may be still charming for hobby use. I have collected the AOTF-scanhead, supply station plus other hardware complete and the right LCS version as well. Only a nondescript part is missing. Does anybody of you still hold a dongle, which looks like a simple gender changer and at that time was located on the parallel printer port? Looking forward to hear from you! ---

Dear Karsten, we have exactly the same problem. 20 yr old LCS Sp2 was fully working up to a year ago and hard drive failed. We partially reinstalled software but are missing a Rainbow driver (?) that we couldn’t get a copy of from Leica nor the software company who supplied it. Would your download solve our problem too? If so would it be possible to get a copy. We use it for students rather than letting them loose on more sophisticated microscopes. Thanks for any help you can give. Steve
