Is there a database for dyes and FPs used in SMLM?

There is FPbase which is good for fluorescent proteins and can be used to filter just PA or PS ones:

> **[FPbase: The Fluorescent Protein Database](https://www.fpbase.org/table/)**
>
> FPbase is a free and open-source, community-editable database for fluorescent proteins and their properties.

Otherwise, Table 1 from this MicroscopyU page covers FPs and synthetic dyes and might have the information you’re looking for:

> **[Single-Molecule Super-Resolution Imaging](https://www.microscopyu.com/techniques/super-resolution/single-molecule-super-resolution-imaging)**
>
> Stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (STORM) is a single-molecule superresolution technique that is capable of providing resolutions down to 10 nanometers or less.
