After a successful 2025 edition, we’re excited to share we are now accepting applications for the 💻[2026 Boston Bioimage Analysis Course (BoBiAC)](https://bobiac.github.io/)📊!

Join us at Harvard Medical School this **July** for a **6-day intensive hands-on course** where you will **learn** both **Python** and **bioimage analysis** , starting from the basics and applying each concept directly to **fluorescence microscopy images**. Thanks to the generous sponsorship from [BioImaging North America (BINA)](https://www.bioimagingnorthamerica.org/), we are pleased to offer a number of **fee waivers** for academic applicants!

Apply [here](https://forms.gle/WD7fbZaRFM4Xs5ZVA) by May 18th! **No prior Python experience required!**

- Are you a highly motivated **beginner** **in bioimage analysi_s_** from any life science field with the need to **quantify** your **fluorescence microscopy images**?

- Are you excited to _start using_ **Python** in your bioimage analysis pipeline?

- Do you want to learn different approaches to performing **segmentation** ( **semantic** and **instance** ) on your images to extract meaningful information?

- Do you want to learn how to measure **features** of **individual cells** , **quantify neighborhood relationships** , and perform **colocalization** analysis?

If you answered yes to these questions, then this course is for you!

Organized by the [Image Analysis Collaboratory](https://iac.hms.harvard.edu/) & the [Core for Imaging Technology & Education](https://cite.hms.harvard.edu/) at Harvard Medical School.
